How do I contact support?
From the panel, in “Help”, open a technical support ticket and we will reply by email.
- In the panel, click Help.
- At the bottom, click Contact support.
- Tell us what you were doing, at which venue and what happened.
A technical support ticket is opened and we reply by email. If you cannot log in to the panel, write to us at support@uelta.com.
