Your figures: today live and your sales

Uelta doesn't have a separate reports section: your business figures are on these screens.

Home: today live

With a venue selected, Home shows the venue's day and updates by itself (Live):

• Billed today, Receipts and Average sale, not counting test payments.
• Today's bookings and how many have arrived.
• Sales by hour: one bar per hour from the first sale of the day.
• Today's sales: the total per payment method and the latest sales. See all takes you to the transactions.
• Yet to arrive: today's bookings that haven't arrived yet, with Record arrival.

Only people who can use the POS see the sales figures, and only people who can view bookings see the bookings. This summary isn't shown in HQ Central.

Sales on other days

In POS → Transactions you have Paid, Refunded, Net, VAT and Movements for Today, 7 days, 30 days or All, with filters by type and payment method. Online payments from the shop appear here too. The totals are calculated from the 500 most recent movements.

Till closings

In POS → Till sessions you'll see each till with its opening cash, cash, card, sales and discrepancy. Click one to see the details: who opened it, the expected and counted cash, its sales, notes and drawer openings.

Bookings

In Bookings → All bookings, choose the period and filter by status to see the bookings for those dates.

What isn't available

For now you can't export sales, bookings or customers to Excel or CSV, or download the till closing as a PDF.
