Set up your venue and its opening hours

Fill in your venue's details and its standard hours with exceptions: they are the basis for online sales, wristbands and emails.

The first thing to do is fill in your venue's record properly. Go to Settings → Venues and click your venue to open its record on the right.

Venue details

Click Edit and complete the fields. The most important ones are:

  • Name, Company name and Tax ID (CIF/NIF).
  • Address, Phone and Email: the venue's contact details.
  • Official website: where the “← Back to the website” button in the online shop leads.
  • Privacy policy URL: linked in the shop footer.
  • Manager and Manager email.

Venues are activated by Uelta. If you need to add another one, get in touch.

Opening hours

  1. In the venue record, click Schedules.
  2. For each day, type the opening and closing time (“930” or “9:30” both work) or choose it from the list. If you close at midday, add a second time slot.
  3. Mark the days you don't open as Closed.
  4. Use Copy to… to repeat one day's hours across the rest of the week, then click Save.

You can also reach the same hours from Products → Schedules, on the Opening hours tab. There you also have Exceptions and closures: with New exception you enter bank holidays, school holidays or one-off closures (a From date, an Until date if it lasts several days, and a Reason), and choose whether that day is Closed all day or Open with special hours. Exceptions take priority over the standard hours.

Why it matters

Sessions and wristband colours follow these hours. Until the venue has its own hours there are no wristbands, and online sales temporarily use 10:00 to 22:00, so it's best to complete them from day one.
