Your venue's online shop

Each venue has its own public booking page: choose which products are sold, copy the link and put it on your website.

Your customers book and buy in your venue's online shop, without needing to create an account. You set it up in Bookings → Booking site.

Your shop's address

  1. Go to Bookings → Booking site and choose the Venue if you have several.
  2. In Public link (no login) you have the shop's address. Click Copy to take it with you or Open to view it.

If instead of the link you see a notice that the venue doesn't have a public code yet, email us at info@uelta.com and we'll activate it.

Which products are sold

In Visible products you choose what is shown and in what order. Use the Add product… drop-down and click Add; drag each row to reorder it and remove it with the ✕. Products are grouped under their category name or, if they don't have one, by their type (“Tickets”, “Parties and birthdays”, “Passes”…). An inactive product is never published.

What your customer sees

  • They can start By date (choose the day and see what's available) or By product.
  • For each product they choose the date, time and quantity, with each day's occupancy and price in view.
  • When adding to the basket, they are offered the extras you have set up.
  • At checkout they fill in their details and can buy without registering, create an account or log in to theirs. If you have discount codes, they apply them in the basket.
  • Passes are bought without a date: they receive a code with a QR to use at reception.

With online payment active (Settings → Customer payments), they pay by card. If not, the booking is still made and paid for at the venue.

Sessions that have already started

The shop doesn't sell sessions that have already started, according to your venue's time. From the panel and the POS you can sell them, for example to someone arriving late. That's why it's important to have the right time zone in Settings → General and brand.

Link to it from your website

  • Put the public link on the “Book” button on your website, on your social media or on WhatsApp.
  • Fill in the venue's official website (in Settings → Venues or in Shop design): the shop will show a “Back to…” button leading to your website.

Bookings that come in through the shop appear in Bookings → All bookings.
