Visit pass: a stamp for every day they come
Your members add a visit every day they make a purchase and unlock rewards when they reach the number of visits you decide.
The visit pass is a stamp card within the points club. Every day a member makes a purchase, a visit is added automatically, and you decide at which visit each reward is unlocked. It is set up in Marketing → Visit pass.
Setting up the pass
- Enter the Pass name, which your members will see.
- Tick After the last reward, start over if you want the pass to repeat.
- Click New reward and fill in Visits to unlock it.
- In What it gives, choose a product, collected at the venue, or a discount for the next purchase. You can give it a name and say after how many days the code expires.
- Repeat for each reward. For example: 5 visits = a soft drink; 10 visits = a free ticket.
- Tick Active session and click Save. From then on, members see it in their account.
Click a reward to change it, or the bin to remove it. Codes that have already been redeemed remain valid.
What counts as a visit
- A paid purchase at the till or on the website, or the use of a pass, with the customer identified.
- At most one visit per day per member.
- A full refund removes that day's visit.
At the POS, identify the member as the receipt holder so that the visit counts. When you take payment, the till notice will tell you which visit they are on and whether they have unlocked a reward.
What the member sees
In their online shop account they see the stamps, a progress bar and each reward: locked, with the visits they still need, or unlocked, with the Redeem button. When they redeem it, they receive a PREMIO or DESC code that is scanned at the till or typed in the receipt's code box, just like points rewards.
Tracking
On the same screen you will see the visits from the last 30 days, how many members have stamps and how many rewards have been redeemed.
