Email campaigns to your customers

Send offer emails to groups of customers; they only reach those who agreed to receive them, and each email carries its own unsubscribe link.

From Marketing → Email campaigns you send emails to your customers by group. They only reach those who agreed to receive offers by email, and each one carries its own unsubscribe link.

Who can receive them

The customer agrees to offers by ticking the optional promotions box when they buy in the online shop or when they join the club. You can see this on their record, under Email offers. If they unsubscribe using the link in the email, they stop receiving them immediately, although they still receive the emails about their bookings and purchases.

Creating a campaign

  1. Click New campaign.
  2. Write the Subject and the Text. Put {{nombre}} wherever you want each customer's name. A link (https://…) becomes a button, and the legal footer with the unsubscribe link is added automatically.
  3. In To whom, choose the group:
    • Customers: everyone, only club members or those who are not members.
    • Activity: any, those who came in the last few days, or those who have not come for a while.
    • Club level, if you use levels.
    • Only those with a birthday this month.
  4. Below, you will see how many customers it will reach, out of all those who accepted offers.

Testing and sending

  • Send myself a test sends the email to your address so you can review it.
  • Save draft keeps it ready for later.
  • Send now asks you to confirm and sends it. Once sent, it cannot be undone.

After sending

In the list you will see the status of each campaign (Draft, Sending… or Sent) and how many emails have gone out. Click a sent campaign to see the recipients, the emails sent, those that failed and those skipped because the customer unsubscribed. If a send is interrupted, click Continue sending. With Duplicate you reuse a campaign as the basis for the next one.
